I'm pleased to announce another co-op advertising opportunity at a special rate with American Art Collector Magazine and Xanadu Gallery. We have secured a two page spread in the March issue of the publication and you can participate in the ad by following the simple steps listed below. American Art Collector has positioned itself as an industry leading resource for collectors. With its innovative editorial approach and multi-media accessibility we've found American Art Collector  to be our most effective advertising venue. While we advertise in other magazines we feel like those ads primarily build name recognition. American Art Collector brings direct results. Because we advertise regularly with the magazine and do a two page spread we are able to get an amazing co-op rate. You can share your work with the publications art collectors for only $120. When you consider that a American Art Collector's least expensive ad runs $1,400, this is a great opportunity to get additional exposure for your work for a very small investment on your part. Xanadu will cover all of the design costs - all you have to do is email us your image once you have signed up for the ad. We are now allowing artists who wish to reserve multiple spaces in the ad to feature their work at a larger scale by purchasing multiple spaces when signing up.   Our ads always fill up quickly. Artists who sign up for standby but don't make it into this issue will automatically be placed in the next issue. In essence, signing up for Standby status guarantees you placement in the next ad.     You will receive a confirmation number for the transaction - it should show after the order is complete, and you will also receive an email with the number. Copy this transaction number and paste it into an email to jason@xanadugallery.com. The subject line of this email must read "AACAD201203" Attach the image you would like to have featured in the ad to the email. The image should be a minimum of 4" x 4" by 300 dpi. Your email should also include your name as you would like it to appear in the ad, and if you used a different name or email address to pay for the registration, please let me know so there won't be any confusion when we place the ad. This will not be the final size of the image in the ad - it will be smaller to fit the format as illustrated in the sample ad above, but this size will give my ad designer some flexibility. The image can be larger - though not too large or it may not email! Unfortunately, due to our tight schedule, I am not going to be able to answer questions like "does my image look okay?" The image you send me is the image that is going to appear. Also, please only send me one image - I simply don't have time to select from among multiple images. Trust your instincts! The deadline for me to receive this image via email is Tuesday, January 17th, but please email the image to me as quickly as possible after registering. If you do not get the image to us by this deadline via email, we will release your space to another artist on our stand-by list. I will send you a confirmation I have received your image within 48 hours. Please don't email me asking if it was received, nor should you send the email a second time. You should only email if you haven't heard back from me within 48 hours. Please send your image to me as soon as possible after signing up for the ad.       Be sure the image you are advertising is uploaded to our site so that when the ad comes out it will link to your work on our site.
