3 Spaces Open In Xanadu Gallery's July Art Catalogue

We are in the final design stage of the July issue of our Art Catalogue. We have three pages for which we haven't received artwork. If you were unable to sign up for this issue, you can sign up now following the instructions below. We will also make two more stand-by spaces available for this issue. Because we are on final deadline for printing, please only sign up if you can upload the artwork within the next three days (you will receive an upload link within 24 hours of signing up - usually faster).

I am pleased to announce the opening of the July issue of Xanadu Gallery's Art Catalogue for space reservation.  We have been steadily working to build a marketing framework that allows you to reach more collectors with your art and permits us to share an expanded variety of art with Xanadu collectors.  Xanadu client Janice B. with recent purchase of artwork by xanadu studios artist and Art Catalogue advertiser Thomas Mudd. Around the first of July , we will begin mailing Art Catalogue to Xanadu's customer list. We will also distribute the catalog in our Scottsdale gallery location, and will mail it to a select group of new home owners in the Scottsdale area.  This distribution will allow us to put your art in front of a targeted group of potential buyers, and the Catalogue will allow us to showcase your work in a highly-desirable, full-page format. I have worked closely with my printer to structure the Catalogue in a way that will allow you to have a full 5.5"x 8.5" page at an amazing co-op rate of $209. This is a great opportunity to leverage Xanadu's marketing with a very small investment on your part. Xanadu will cover all design and distribution costs. Signing up for Art Catalogue is easy - just follow the simple steps listed below to register and upload your image to our server, we will take care of the rest. The catalog will fill quickly- the May issue sold out in a matter of hours. I want to apologize ahead of time for those of you who don't make it into this issue.  Printing and design limitations prevent us from taking any more than 96 pages, and 11 of those are already reserved. I will take a small number of stand-by artists in case we have any artists who can't meet the deadline, and the standby artists will automatically be placed in the next catalog, which we expect to mail around September 1st. If you can't get stand-by status, please email me directly at jason@xanadugallery.com and I will put you in the wait list for the September catalog. We are also allowing multiple page spreads - just change the quantity when you register to reflect the number of pages you would like to reserve. Artists who sign up for the Catalogue will also be featured in a special section accessible from the  xanadugallery.com home page (visit the page now to see the current promotion), and an electronic copy of the catalog will be available for download directly from the site. Please note that the email address you use to register for the space is the email address where we will send upload instructions. If the catalog is already sold out when you try to register you can try for stand-by status by going to: http://www.xanadugallery.com/XAC/StandBy.asp Only register for stand by status if you receive a message that the ad is sold out.     Within 48 hours of registration you will receive an email with a personalized link for uploading your image for the catalog. The link will be sent to the email address used for registration for the catalog. If you don't receive the link within 48 hours, please email Ashley at Ashley@xanadugallery.com and I will resend the link to the upload page. Please upload your image at your earliest convenience. The image should be in jpeg format and sized at a minimum of  300 dpi by 6-7" on the longest size. If you are unsure about image size, just upload the largest jpeg image you have and we will size and format. Please note the image you send us will determine the final image in the ad. Make sure color is as accurate as possible to the original. Unfortunately, due to our tight schedule, I am not going to be able to answer questions like "does my image look okay?" The image you send me is the image that is going to appear. You will see confirmation on our website once you have uploaded your image. This is the only confirmation you will receive. We will let you know if we run into any problems with the image or if we haven't received the image as we near the deadline.     Be sure the image you are advertising in the catalog is uploaded to our site so that when the catalog comes out it will link to your work on our site. Please note that this is a separate upload process from the process you used to upload for the ad. You will be uploading twice - once to the ad and once to the website. Also, we request that you reserve this piece of artwork for 60 days after the catalog launches for Catalogue customers. Please do not show the piece in shows or sell through other venues so that the piece is available to Xanadu customers for purchase.     If you would like additional copies: You will receive one hard copy of the catalog, along with an electronic version to distribute to your mailing list.
