| Over the last several months you may have received my invitations to participate in Xanadu Gallery's Art Catalogue. I'd like to share with you some of the recent successes we've had with the catalog, and some of the reasons I feel Art Catalogue offers you a great opportunity to share your work with qualified art buyers. As the owner of Xanadu Gallery, I've spent the last 11 years finding new and innovative ways for artists to share their work with collectors. Several years ago we completely redeveloped our website, opening it up to allow artists from around the world to share their work with our clients. In 2011, as an extension of these efforts, we began publishing Art Catalogue, a bi-monthly book that we send to our best collectors and a select group of high-end homeowners in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley (AZ) area. We've had a great response to Art Catalogue as it has generated sales and increased exposure for participating artists. | | | | Recently I had a woman come into the gallery after receiving Art Catalogue. An executive in a local medical real estate company, the woman had never visited the gallery before. She and her husband were in the process of remodeling their home and were ready to begin acquiring new art for key areas. The client had her copy of Art Catalogue with sticky notes in the pages she was most interested in and asked me to arrange to see the pieces in her home. I contacted the artists and made arrangements to have the work shipped to the gallery. I delivered the artwork to the client's home last Sunday and she ended up buying over $10,000 worth of art. As I was leaving, she said "Now you know your catalog works!" This morning we received a call from a collector on our mailing list inquiring about a Grand Canyon painting from our most recent issue of the Catalogue. We're having the piece shipped from the artist for the client to see in her home. These are just two of the many recent examples of activity generated by Art Catalogue. Advertising art can be a huge challenge for artists. It takes persistence and consistency, and that's why I've worked very hard to create an advertising vehicle that can help you put your work in front of collectors at an affordable price. A full page in the catalog costs only $209, which includes all of the design and distribution - you simply upload your image after signing up and we take care of the rest. In addition to showing your work in Art Catalogue, we will also feature your work on our website (just set up a free account). We feature a wide range of original work in Art Catalogue - paintings, sculpture, fiber art, photography, fine art jewelry, mixed media and more. Participation is limited to 94 pieces of art and the next issue of the catalog is already 3/4 full. If you would like to share your art with our collectors, simply follow the steps below. If you find the registration already full, sign up for a standby space - if space opens you'll get into this issue, if not you'll have a guaranteed space in the next issue. J.
