We are in the final design stage of the November issue of our Art Catalogue. We have six pages for which we haven't received artwork. If you were unable to sign up for this issue, you can sign up now following the instructions below. We will also make two more stand-by spaces available for this issue.

Because we are on final deadline for printing, please only sign up if you can upload the artwork within the next three days (you will receive an upload link within 24 hours of signing up - usually faster).

A year ago, Xanadu Gallery launched Art Catalogue. If you've been following Xanadu, you know we have been working to provide innovative platforms for artists to increase their exposure to qualified art buyers. For over four years we've been showing and selling artwork for artists like you from around the world on xanadugallery.com. Art Catalogue provides us an opportunity to showcase your work in an even more tangible way to our best buyers and direct them to your art on our site and on your own site.

We've been excited by the response we've received to the Catalogue during our first year of publication. Not only has the Catalogue generated sales, we've had clients report they look forward to receiving the catalogue and display it on their coffee tables or other prominent places where guests can view it.

Xanadu Art Catalogue's Audience

We mail the Catalogue to our best clients. Over the last eleven years, Xanadu has been cultivating a powerful mailing list. Our gallery is located in Scottsdale, AZ, a major art market that attracts affluent travelers, second-home owners, and art lovers from around the world. This is a great group to target because we know they buy art and we've already established a relationship with them.

In addition to mailing the Catalogue to our buyers, we also send it to the new owners of luxury homes valued at over $750,000 in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, AZ.

Art Catalogue is Open to all Forms of Visual Art and Fine Art Jewelry

Art Catalogue gives us the opportunity to share a wider range of art with our audience than we are able to show in our physical location. We showcase the work of contemporary and traditional painters, sculptors, photographers, printmakers, fiber artists, digital artists, and fine art jewelers.

Any artwork that is sold through the Catalogue or xanadugalllery.com incurrs a 20% gallery commission from Xanadu, rather than the traditional 50% commission for work showing in the gallery.

The Catalogue Fills Quickly

Because of printing restrictions, we are only able to accept a total of 94 artists for each issue. Typically the Catalogue fills within several days, and for this issue we already have 20 spaces filled with artists who were on standby from the previous issue. If you would like to participate in the December issue, please register today. We cannot guarantee space availability until you register.

If the Catalogue is already full when you try to register, you can register for a Standby space. If any of the registered artists are unable to provide their materials in time you will be first in line to take the space. Standby space also guarantees you placement in our next issue if you don't get into this issue.

Ad Format

Your artwork will be featured in a full 8.5" x 5.5" page along with information about the artwork and a link to your image on our website. All pages are formatted consistently. You will simply upload your image (see below) and we will take care of all of the formatting and design.

Participation is simple

To participate, please follow the steps below - make sure you complete all three steps.

	You may register using either PayPal or your Credit/Debit card Please note that the email address you use to register for the space is the email address where we will send upload instructions. If the catalog is already sold out when you try to register you can try for stand-by status by going to: http://www.xanadugallery.com/XAC/StandBy.asp Only register for stand by status if you receive a message that the ad is sold out.


	Within 48 hours of registration you will receive an email with a personalized link for uploading your image for the catalog. The link will be sent to the email address used for registration for the catalog. If you don't receive the link within 48 hours, please email Ashley at Ashley@xanadugallery.com and she will resend the link to the upload page. Please upload your image at your earliest convenience- because we are in the final stages of design, we need your image no later than Thursday, Oct 25th. The image should be in jpeg format and sized at a minimum of 300 dpi by 6-7" on the longest size. If you are unsure about image size, just upload the largest jpeg image you have and we will size and format. Please note the image you send us will determine the final image in the ad. Make sure color is as accurate as possible to the original. Unfortunately, due to our tight schedule, we are not able to answer questions like "does my image look okay?" The image you send me is the image that is going to appear. You will see confirmation on our website once you have uploaded your image. This is the only confirmation you will receive. Please check your uploaded information and image carefully - the online proof is the only proof you will receive. We will let you know if we run into any problems with the image or if we haven't received the image as we near the deadline.


	Be sure the image you are advertising in the catalog is uploaded to our site so that when the catalog comes out it will link to your work on our site. To login to your account on our website go towww.xanadugallery.com/studios/login.asp If you don't already have an account on our site, please go towww.xanadugallery.com/studios/join.asp to create a free page on our site and upload your image. Please note that this is a separate upload process from the process you used to upload for the ad. You will be uploading twice - once to the ad and once to the website. Also, we request that you reserve this piece of artwork for 60 days after the catalog launches for Catalogue customers. Please do not show the piece in shows or sell through other venues so that the piece is available to Xanadu customers for purchase.
